Thursday 29th February
3:00pm – Hereworth v Scots fixtures finish at Scots.
Wellesley billeting boys depart Wellesley for Scots by bus with MM, AT, CP.
SV departs Wellesley to Scots in school van.
4:00pm – Wellesley boys & staff arrive at Scots.
Wellesley parents arrive at Scots.
4:15pm – Billeting boys connect with Wellesley parents and boys, then depart.
4:30pm – Wellesley staff depart for Wellesley by school van.
Overnight billeting.
Friday 1st March
8:30 – 9:00am – Boys arrive at Wellesley in full sports uniform and blazer.
Hereworth staff arrive; SV & CP to welcome.
Hereworth boys & staff gather by the outer quad bench, (Hall if wet).
Wellesley teams gather in the Hall with coaches.
9:00am – All remaining Wellesley boys to go to the 8F & 8V classrooms to meet LF & MB.
School based rotation of activities during the day.
9:00am – ‘Mihi Whakatau’ on the Outer Quad, (Hall if wet).
Sports Captains & Haka leaders to lead the Haka.
MB (Principal) to speak for Wellesley. KH to lead ‘He Honore’.
9:10am – All teams directed to playing fields, CP.
Coaches to have team gear bags & first-aid kit bags, sunscreen etc.
Hereworth bus to transport 1st XI teams to HW Shortt with KH.
1st VIII Tennis teams to Muritai Tennis Club with MV.
2nd XI Cricket with MM, Softball with AT, 2nd VIII Tennis with AW, at Wellesley.
Coffee available for Wellesley & Hereworth parents in the staffroom; RS, DH, ML.
SV & LC to Jnr Swim Sports.
9:30am – 1st XI Cricket begins.
10:00am – All other Games begin.
12:20 – 12:45pm – Lunch delivered to venues. Lunch held at a time suitable to the games.
RS, DH, ML, CP to co-ordinate delivery of lunch. Platters for adults, pizza for boys.
Coaches to supervise lunch at venues & oversee ‘clear-up’.
1st XIII Tennis – Muritai Clubrooms. 1st XI Cricket – RSA Clubrooms.
Softball, Tennis 2nd VIII, 2nd XI Cricket – Hall.
1:45pm – All games conclude. Teams return to Wellesley.
