A limited number of Year 7 Wellesley Bursaries are now available, for boys currently in Year 7 (2023) who are domestic students not currently enrolled at Wellesley. Applying for a Wellesley Values Bursary is a simple process and we welcome all applications.
Bursaries will be awarded to students who currently demonstrate and show promise of living Wellesley three school values. Wellesley’s values are: Risk taking in learning; Perseverance for personal bests; Respect and empathy for self, others and Wellesley. Further information on our school values can be found here on our website.
Bursaries will be awarded for a maximum period of two years and provides a discount of up to 20% off the tuition fee.

The application process, is a bit different to our other bursaries and scholarships. The first step is to contact us via the form, after which Amanda will be in contact to arrange for you to visit Wellesley and meet with our Principal, Michael Bain. Boys wishing to apply for a Wellesley Values Bursary will be expected to demonstrate the promise of living Wellesley’s three school values. Applicants will be expected to be motivated, show leadership, endeavour, kindness, respect and courage and work towards achieving their best both in and out of school.
While on a Wellesley Bursary the applicant is expected to:
