See Wellesley in Action
School in Action mornings are designed to give families a closer feel for what everyday life at Wellesley is really like.
With classes underway, specialist learning happening and the school in full swing, you and your son can step into a real Wellesley morning and see the school as it operates day to day.
It’s an immersive way to explore Wellesley, see how boys learn and engage, and picture what joining the school could look like for your family. Our first session is 13 October, 9am–12pm, with mornings running every fortnight.

A more personal way to discover Wellesley
Each School in Action morning is shaped around the families attending, rather than following a fixed presentation or set programme.
Your visit can focus on what matters most to you, whether that’s seeing a particular year level, exploring specialist learning, understanding the school environment, or simply giving your son time to experience Wellesley for himself.
There’s plenty of space to observe, ask questions and take things at a pace that feels comfortable.
What to expect
During the morning, you’ll have the chance to:
- Step into classrooms and see learning happening in real time
- Explore the school while it’s buzzing with the energy of a normal day
- See specialist learning and the wider Wellesley experience in action
- Spend time in the areas most relevant to your son’s year level and interests
- Meet members of the Wellesley community along the way
- Ask questions, look around and get a genuine sense of daily life at the school
Each experience is shaped around your son, so there’s no pressure for him to participate in a certain way. He might simply observe, ask a few questions, or get more involved where it feels right.
The goal is for both of you to leave with a much clearer picture of what being part of Wellesley could look like.
